KUMB Writers Awards 2004/05 – November Update

Nigel Reo-Coker hangs on to his position at the top of the race to the probably-not-at-all-coveted KUMB Writers Award.

Although the England Under-21 midfielder's average mark for the season dropped to 6.68 from last month's 6.89, he retains his position at the top of the chart by virtue of of the sophisticated weighting formula that has reduced Teddy Sheringham's mark following his lengthy absence from first team action. Both players, however, would have been well behind Calum Davenport, whose weighted average of 7.13 marks would have given him top spot but for his tragic return to Tottenham.

At the other end of the table, a string of poor marks has seen Bobby Zamora drop from 9th to 15th position on the chart whilst youngster Chris Cohen drops out of the table having not reached the required 10 appearance qualification mark.
