For a laugh the other day I entered the ultra low divison cup(I'm in div 1 with a very good record) I was barely winning 3-1 against people with dreadful records that i should be smashing about 6-0, the game just balances it in favour of the weaker team to give them a chance, it's a joke, you have to beat the other player and the game its self.

Was playing at a mates for the first time, naturally I was West Ham. After a rendition of bubbles from the crowd, I hear 'Mr. Moon is in the stadium.' Fantastic touch.

Gave up with this. Far too scripted.

Like a lot of us I guess, I've played fifa since around 1994. Always a bit sad when it's time to put it down. Like an old dog who keeps pissing himself.

Logged into the web app today and there was a free untradeable gold pack...I think for today only.

Finally got a decent player in a pack....Diego Costa. Untradeable but still a decent addition!

Same. Done about a 1a on the ****ing things

Pulled out Lewandowski last night who goes for about £150k

He is literally the only 100k plus player I've ever pulled out of the pack and I have spent hundreds on them over the past few years

If you log into the Fifa UT web app you get free packs, just got two free mega packs and a couple of others, got Luiz and a few others and Pelle four times. Great. Still going with my mantra of not spending a real penny on it though, been promoted every season, although playing with a four star team against everybody is with 5 stars is tough as houses.

Gave Ultimate Team a go and have to say I don't think it's that bad. Of course the AI makes a few stupid mistakes every now and then (players running into each other, keepers not picking up the ball, conceding penalties without even tackling the oponent) but overall I wouldn't say the game "helps" the player who's second best. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. Yesterday I even conceded a clear offside goal which I thought was impossible to date.
Pick a team that suits you, try not to rush things when you're defending, be very careful around the box and most importantly: Stay calm (which is definitely the hardest part). My squad is pretty cheap, my "star" players are Doumbia, Lukaku, Zarate, Jarvis, Clichy, Kouyate, Tevez, Tosic, Musa, Fernandes, so nothing too fancy, but I didn't have too much trouble to clinch promotion to the first Division. Of course it's not easy to defend against the likes of Robben, Messi or Ronaldo but most of the time the opponent is not half as good as their squad. It seems there are loads of people who actually pay real money to get a 85+ Team.

This game is so bad at times, so fixed it's unreal but currently sitting tenth in the world in the co-op tables.

Can't stand all the ultimate team rubbish, never have and never will get it.

I'd far rather start as a League 2 team and manage and take new jobs etc and try and win the quadrouple on Manager Mode. Put the settings to the hardest (including transfer/board) - Now there is a challenge. Just started a new one with Oxford and got them promoted League 1 on goal difference on the final day.

id say its all down to time available to play the game. I love UT because I can drift in and out of it.. I didnt play my ps4 for 3 months and then just picked my season up again online (good feeling that I hadnt got suddenly awful)

the league 2 team and way up sounds fun specially enjoyed it in football manager but in fifa love a bit of dream team almost
