I might have a few bob on it.

I'd say mate! Thought that myself. Drogba 1st goal Chelsea win 2-1 is tempting me at 100/1 with William Hill. 120/1 if you fancy him to score first but Barca to win 2-1. Got to be worth a couple of quid.

Who have you placed your bet with? If it's with betfair then if you have their app you can log on and see what profit you can currently take by viewing your bet and looking in the top left corner

Yeah Betfair - and I let it Ride :)

Got £105 return (5.4) decimal odds for £25. Not a big win by the bigger gambler stakes but doubled my bankroll in one fell swoop!!

Think I'll withdraw my initial stake and gamble my winnings?

Thanks for the heads up re the Chelsea odds btw!

Any team at home in a semi final is worth a bet at those odds

wow, there's a lot of 'treats' sat afternoon imo. Mostly long shots, but I think there can be a few surprises this afternoon.
matches that I consider brilliant value are sunderland away to a weak villa, on fire wigan at craven cottage, swansea to win at bolton (also -1) and a cheeky qpr win vs sp*rs.

If some of those goes in it will be a nice afternoon

Other matches im considering are newcastle to beat stoke, arse to beat chelski, over 2,5 in bl.burn - norwich and under 2,5 in brighton.

Literally had the same thoughts exactly mate.

I've done a super yankee so if only 2 or 3 of the 'upsets' results come in i get good money back and if they all do it's a very big win.

Sunderland
Wigan
Swansea
Qpr
Newcastle

pick a horse in each of the 6 selected races. If they all win, you win a share of a million. If they place, you get a return.

£2 a ticket.

Didn't quite work out for us, did it Dyl?

I watched the sunderland game, and thought they were the better side and had a goal disallowed. Had also thrown Villa to win on an accy so I would have won if either team found a winner... Bound to draw then lol

Oh well, there is a game on now, (played 10 mins) in the norwegian league that are in the same mould as the others earleier today.
Haguesund - Brann, and a Brann victory currently pays 5 times the bet. Haugesund are favourites, but Brann are due a win and the game will be very open. Easily over 2,5 goals imo, and I put some extra monitos on Brann victory.

good luck if anyone follows

nah, looked good for a time. Newcastle did the business, Sunderland and Swansea both should have won, Wigan took the lead bfore losing and QPR look good so far against spurs.

I'm still happy with the bet I made based on the value it gave.
