Re: Official Betting Thread
Interesting Paul Nicholls double tomorrow, particularly Atlantic Roller.
Atlantic Roller ran a stormer after more than a year off. Jumped fine and looked useful, just fitness took its toll.
Eathmoves finished 3rd behind Blue Buttons last time but the conditions were treacherous and Earthmoves was making headway towards the end. With a 9lbs pull I'd expect him to be a lot closer.
3.10 Wincanton - Atlantic Roller. 3/1.
3.40 Wincanton - Eathmoves. 7/2.

Re: Official Betting Thread
if they are both 11/4, and a double gives you 13.06/1 - and both are 1/5th of the odds placed 1-3, what would i get if i stuck £2.50 each way on them and they both came 2nd or 3rd? roughly?raggy wrote: Both 11/4 at paddy power at the minute..

If you get 3/1 on both, the each way double returns £7.66 for a £2.50 each way bet.

General rule i have is dont do each way if they are below 4/1 or 5/1 depending on the race. As you win less than you put on if they place.
