2nd by half a length, b*llocks! Still £1 e/w at 33/1 would return £7.60 so still ok.richard99cook wrote:Relight the Fire is far too big at 33/1 in a 10 runner race for his debut in a bumper - 7.55 Southwell. Take a small EW punt on it, you never know with newcomers.

Re: Official Betting Thread
Might be worth looking at AFC Wimbledon for value tomorrow.
Wycombe, although chasing promotion, are missing players through injury and their manager Gareth Ainsworth may have to name himself as sub at 41 years old after retiring 2 years ago!

Leeds have six players that have ruled themselves out of the game, none are injured. Make of that what you will.

Re: Official Betting Thread
In the real longshot territory here.
Bahrain GP - Betting without Mercedes.
Daniel Riccardo @ 66/1 EW (pay 2 places)
In theory Ferrari will fill those two spots, then possibly Williams but that is why you are getting 66/1 on a huge talent such as Riccardo.
The Red Bull has been closer in practice, we haven't had a 1st corner incident yet, and there is bound to be a safety car to shake things up. Plus I think Williams are struggling to keep their tyres decent this year so may be vunerable to Red Bull.
Enough possibilities to justify a small bet

Win double comes in, £10 to £115 as I got 3/1 on the earlier one and starting price of 15/8 on Galileano who won with a nice performance.richard99cook wrote:EW double

Palace had won their last 4, West Brom lost last three. Palace losing has ruined my accumulator. Still, would only have returned £31,413.
Re: horse today
Thought I would share this with fellow hammers my brother has been given a horse to back today in the 2.00 at stratford its called new tarabella 16/1 info comes from the stable and they have been known to have a gamble so may be an idea to watch the price before going in to heavy good luck.

Yeah, cost me a small fortune as well, was glad in the end as Bournemouth conceded a late one, so I would've lost anyway.dtp2 wrote:Palace had won their last 4, West Brom lost last three. Palace losing has ruined my accumulator. Still, would only have returned £31,413.

Re: Official Betting Thread
I backed ' Many Clouds ' in the Grand National , got 28/1 at Ladbrokes .
Then yesterday I noticed William Hill had slashed ' Wayward Prince ' from 40/1 to 20s , so off I pop into Ladbrokes and they gave me a very generous 33/1 .
It's been a brilliant week .
