Iwan Thomas on a late night train home from Waterloo last night. My mate (who has had a hip replacement) was doing roly polys in the aisle for Iwan's Periscope feed!!!

Vorderman? Maybe a few year ago but now? She's had more work than the gaudi cathedral. They won't know whether to bury her or stick her out for recycling on a Tuesday.
