Not me but a mate met Noel Gallagher in Heathrow a few weeks ago.
Asked and got a photo with him.
Then Gallagher said, 'Right, you got your photo, now I want a coffee'

Mate bought 2 coffees and the sat and chatted for a while.

Seems a decent sort, says my mate

Whilst in Glasgow at the weekend I met Finn Russell......Who, you may ask?

He's a Scottish egg chaser currently suspended for this "Cowards Tackle"

" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Seemed nice enough. Bit small for an egg chaser though.

Met Thierry Henry, Jamie Redknapp, Martin Tyler, Stan Collymore, Alan Smith to name drop just a few, at Wembley on Sunday as part of a guest tour prior to the game.

Was given two free tickets to the Final, but managed to swerve the game and walk away with a few quid in my pocket for the tickets 8-)

FWIW, Jamie Redknapp was a really nice fella, very down to earth, as was Alan Smith. Thierry Henry seemed shy, and Collymore was a nice enough bloke, great with my boy Joe

Martin Tyler was the best however, spending 10 minutes with Joe once he'd been told that he was an academy player, giving him lots of advice. Funniest thing was Joe saying 'you sound like the commentator on FIFA'..................

^^^^ This chap..........Phil Jones.

We had a supermarket trolley moment in Sainsburys last Friday. I guided mine out of the way so not to hit him.

He recognised my thoughtfulness and we exchanged smiles.

I doubt he had any idea I knew who he was. But, I'm sure on some other forum Phil is recalling the moment he met me.

One of the mums at my daughter's school was outed by a friend as a QVC model yesterday. Had a text just now saying "she's on now!". Switched over and, yup, its her.

Felt more concerned that I know someone who watches QVC and does so frequently enough to recognise the models on it.
