I ran the Hook 6 Mile race today, and as I was coming into finish, the commentator read out my name over the tannoy. The next name he read out was Paula Fudge - ran for GB in the 1978 Commonwealth Games and a number of other races. She can still run really well, and I am not blowing my own trumpet there, as whilst I was finishing the 6 mile course, she was just completing the 10 mile course!!!
