Payday tomorrow, might get some protein shake or creatine, not sure what to get. Had cornflakes this morning again.

I understand that you were trying to shed the pounds a bit? For a kick start, you could go for a diet style whey protein. I found that with healthy eating and exercise I lost weight steadily and healthly. MyProtein.com does one at a good price. Loads of flavours. I think it's called Impact Diet Blend? Something like that. To be a completely hypocritical b*stard, this morning I had a slice of pizza cold from last night
