home made brekkie today: hot milk over organic oats, dried exotic fruit mixture, raisins, a pear and honey. Followed by two large cups of Turkish coffee.

Organic porridge with Alpro Soya and topped with Manuka honey (+15), blueberries, sultanas and three different seeds followed by protein shake and an extra high-strength cod liver oil tablet. Coffee with honey plus a low-fat bagel and a banana at 10:30.
