I am off on holybobs in four weeks so want to drop a dress size like you, I have just started that slim fast shake thing, I can't eat like many on here first thing in the morning either but the shakes go down a treat in fairness, plus I don't feel that hungry, I add a couple of bananas in late afternoon before I hit the gym.

**** it, I need to go back to the who's the man thread and talk about killing cattle with a missile, this is all a bit gay.....

Mrs B is on a health kick so I had home made granola, natural yoghurt with some strawberries and Rasberries. Very nice :thup:

Yesterday for breakfast I made an omelette with red onion, spinach, mushrooms, red pepper, chorizo salami and sun dried tomatoes. It was ****ing immense. 8-)
