Haven't had one for a while...so going to do a chilli con carne tonight. Plenty of garlic, red onion, fresh chilli, ginger, cayenne chilli pepper, extra lean mince, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, tea spoon of marmite, and finished off with Schwartz Hot Chilli Mix for extra flavour. Massive ****.

Yep got to be a curry and a few cold beers for a Friday mate. Have got chicken tikka masala tonight, not very hot but very enjoyable and full of flavour, although I fancied a jalfrezi, of course all will be washed down with some beer.
