Haven't had one for a while...so going to do a chilli con carne tonight. Plenty of garlic, red onion, fresh chilli, ginger, cayenne chilli pepper, extra lean mince, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, tea spoon of marmite, and finished off with Schwartz Hot Chilli Mix for extra flavour.

Massive ****.

I am torn between either an indian takeaway, chinese takeaway, pizza, or chicken and chips.

Unhealthy Friday, help me out, I can't decide!!

Yep got to be a curry and a few cold beers for a Friday mate.

Have got chicken tikka masala tonight, not very hot but very enjoyable and full of flavour, although I fancied a jalfrezi, of course all will be washed down with some beer.

Left over lasagne warmed up the next day always tastes better than the previous night.

Fish and Chips tonight.

Wellington consisting of Neck fillet of lamb smeared with mint jelly, mash and peas.

Dessert was a hot slice of toffee pie and cornish ice cream.
