Today had barbie written all over it. Got home and cleaned up the barbie, then nipped to the Coey and got some minced steak which I then whizzed up with an egg, salad onions, thyme and seasoning and slapped them on the barbie to make some burgers. Mixed up some coleslaw, potato salad, and spicy bean salad and hey presto...sorted. All washed down with a can of Cidre, not cider ...... Yummmm...ready for the weekend!

Another BBQ tonight, monster burgers with cheese, sausages, chinese chicken, tikka masala chicken, caramelised chicken breast lovely.

Was all set for a bbq tonight, but forgot to buy any b*stard charcoal. Oddly pleased to not be having one now - dunno why - having bacon & courgette carbonara instead.

BBQ tonight with a few mates, couple burgers, hotdogs, chicken, pasta mix, washed down with 5 summer fruit kopperbergs a lovely Sunday evening.

A few burgers done on the BBQ tonight with some fosters. Not feeling a huge BBQ tonight.

Last night I had sliced pork steaks, egg fried rice with garlic, chilli, onion, peas, lots of soy sauce and seasoning.

Chicken breasts marinated in coriander, lemon, garlic and olive oil then bbqd, with noodles stir fried with coriander, chilli, honeyed sesame seeds and a red onion, chilli, fish sauce paste, bbqd kebabs made from haloumi, courgettes, mushrooms and red onions.

Was the nicest dinner I've had in months. And I have leftovers for lunch.

3x Sausages, 3x Birdseye Potato Waffles, beans and a roll.

Not had a meal like that for a while and it was awesome. Waffles remind me of being young.

Decided on chilli con carne tonight, probably in a jacket spud for a change. Plenty of fresh chilli, garlic and ginger
