Homemade spicy peanut satay sauce on chicken legs with homemade egg fried rice.

Partner made it for when i got in from footy training and was lovely. Quite spicy though and i was already sweating buckets from running about for 90mins in 26 degress.

Cambs, I played squash for 50 minutes last night, really tough session, got in at 8, did not stop sweating until about 11.30! Heat is lovely but a killer when playing sports in it.

So I had grilled fish, new potatoes, salad with a dressing and about four pints of orange squash - was gorgeous.

Tempted to do a little BBQ this evening, only issue is I get home at 7!
If I do go for the BBQ I'll be keeping it simple, couple of burgers, kebabs, chicken quaters.

Might even buy a **** load and marinade it all for a bbq tomorrow!

If that all fails...beans on toast it is!

Sounds good mate, sometimes simple ones are the best, have a simple one tonight, marinade some more stuff and then have another one tomorrow.

Not knocking beans on toast though.

Went out for a ruby last night: Prawn puree starter, Chef's Special Chicken Zenga (medium hot), Sag Aloo, Pilau Rice, a Chipati and all washed down with ice cold Kingfisher. Lovely

Tonight I had a BBQ rancher from KFC, then a chicken burger from some chicken shop with cheese and BBQ sauce after a game of snooker with the old man.

The fish is the nuts in there but so is the steak, peppercorn sauce and onion loaf
But I always have the steak so may plump for the fish, have a side order of onion loaf and smash a few pints of cider

Had a break from my diet: Two poppadoms (one plain, one masala (spicy) ), chopped salad plus mint sauce then Veggi dansak (cooked the Bengali way: Hot and not sweet) sag barghi (spinach) and boiled rice - all from my favourite Indian: The Indiana, Salmon's Lane, E14.

It was the dogs - truly epic.

Went out for dinner last night and had a mixed grill, rump steak, gammon steak, half a chicken breast, sausage, chips, onion rings, tomato, mushrooms and pinched a few of my girlfriends ribs from her rack of ribs in BBQ sauce.
