Garlic creamy mash, chicken cooked in honey and mustard , ratatouille (courgettes from neighbours garden) , buttered carrots, broccoli. ...get in.

Still drooling over yesterday's dinner at terre a terre in Brighton. Had halloumi deep fried in fish batter with chunky chips, mushy peas to die for and vodka infused tomatoes that truly exploded in your mouth.

Tonight a simple chicken, Endame beans and lemongrass stir fry

Thai red chicken curry for me tonight, with rice and some vegetables, nice but had double pie and mash earlier so a lot of rice was left.

I came back from swimming and could not be ****ed to cook, not bad, I like nutella, so I put quite a lot on, still estimate it to be less than 500 calories, bound to have all sorts of sugars though.

I have to say though mate, your diet is well and truly appalling. But sod it, life is short

Read the nutella label, there are about 80 calories in a few grams, you probably had a 700 calorie sandwich lol, I think its basically pure oil with a tiny bit of hazelnut paste and cocoa, tastes lovely though :)

I suspect that the 700 calorie sandwich is healthier than todays dinner of a whole pack of hot and spicy chicken thighs and legs (1500 calories) along with a pack of 8 Sainsburys sausages (1250 calories) total of 10 bourbon biscuits (650 calories) and a yorkie bar (302 calories)

I suspect the animal right activists will not be overchuffed with my meal tonight

Massive thumbs up to this

A mixed grill last night, rump steak, gammon steak, half a chicken breast, sausage, spicy chips, tomato, mushrooms, onion rings and a few garlic battered mushrooms.

Tonight, chorizo sausage wrapped in bacon, chargrilled chicken wrapped in bacon drizzled with melted cheese, roasted new potatoes and roasted peppers/onions/courgettes. chargrilled chick and chorizo and bacon all glazed with a bbq glaze.

Been dieting for the past month or so and it's been going really well. Went Nando's tonight and had a 'mediterranean salad with chicken'. Never felt like such a b*tch in my life as my mates tucked into whole chickens and peri peri chips!

Got homemade steak and kidney suet pudding tonight, although it is not the weather for it, it is too hot. This type of dinner is best made and had in freezing cold weather when it is pitch black outside. Winter sort of food.
