Re: Little things that irritate you
Today in the office one of the guys, whose been really busy on a major project for our branch, asked me to do a few things for him.
" yeah, no worries, I can get it done"
During the course of the day, I've gone passed his office a few times to make a brew and the ****'s playing some kind of fantasy war game on his phone!
Don't piss down my back and tell me it's raining mother******!

I'll swap. You can do my night shifts (8 hours tonight and Friday, 12 hours Saturday and Sunday) and I'll sit at homeRyanWHUFC wrote:The fact I am three hours into my 4 day weekend. Bored out of my head and a boring, boring ****ing weekend looming. May as well be at ****ing work.

Re: Little things that irritate you
Go to work on one of the 4 days and take a random weekday off in lieu at some point? That's what I'm doing... quiet day at work and cheaper round of golf next Wednesday = win win Always found that having weekdays off is much more useful than bank holidays/weekends.RyanWHUFC wrote:The fact I am three hours into my 4 day weekend. All the god awful stuff Twitter seems to have spawned over the last year or so. Stuff like 'life goals' and fitness motivation. Just endless posts of crap. Although it's nothing offensive it really winds me up

Re: Little things that irritate you
When I look at hotels and nice restaurants on the web that I want to surprise my missus with and when she goes on her facebook page or even just google the same places all come up as pop up adverts ( even on Kumb ). This RUINS my plans and the only way I have around it at present is to look up the places on my work pc. Anyone know how to stop this. If I go into incognito she will think I am watching porn ( which I will do when she is out of course )

The negativity and anti board/manager/player vibes that hijack near enough every thread.

Re: Little things that irritate you
Clichéd comments like " next year harry kane or whoever will not get many goals as people will have worked him out"
Yes much in the same way players have worked out Ronaldo. After all people have had 10 seasons to work him out now, that's why he doesn't score any longer. Way too predictable.
Thing is, it's one thing knowing that players play a certain way, stopping them doing it is an entirely different thing
