Today in the office one of the guys, whose been really busy on a major project for our branch, asked me to do a few things for him.

The fact I am three hours into my 4 day weekend. Bored out of my head and a boring, boring ****ing weekend looming. May as well be at ****ing work.

Go to work on one of the 4 days and take a random weekday off in lieu at some point? Always found that having weekdays off is much more useful than bank holidays/weekends.-

All the god awful stuff Twitter seems to have spawned over the last year or so. Stuff like 'life goals' and fitness motivation. Just endless posts of crap. Although it's nothing offensive it really winds me up

When I look at hotels and nice restaurants on the web that I want to surprise my missus with and when she goes on her facebook page or even just google the same places all come up as pop up adverts ( even on Kumb ). This RUINS my plans and the only way I have around it at present is to look up the places on my work pc. Anyone know how to stop this. If I go into incognito she will think I am watching porn ( which I will do when she is out of course )

Use an adblocker, though not on this site obviously.
