Little things in life that make you smile

The Village I live in becoming fibre enabled at last. Currently getting speeds of around 0.5mbps to 0.8 mbps.

BT Infinity being installed on Wednesday and will be getting speeds of between 54mbps and 76 mbps.

My life is about to get so much easier.

Watching videos from the Youtuber 'HowToBasic'

Maybe once or twice a week after getting in from a long day at work I love just sitting down for half hour or so and chilling out watching funny immature videos on the iPad. Particularly from this guy, cant even explain what he does in a good way it is just so silly but gives me a good laugh

Got a subscription to Sight and Sound magazine for my birthday on Monday. Absolutely delighted with it. The people who love me, know me.

Digitally recorded TV shows. Waiting patiently until 2015 so I can watch my favourite TV show, Arrow, with the luxury of skipping all the advert breaks.

Day out with my lad today - we went to a couple of music shops in Farnham and Epsom today and both came back with new toys - I have finally purchased my first bass guitar, he got a natty Vox amp, with a bucket of effects on it. Had a good jam when we got back, now a curry and some beer. Good day, big smile.

Frogs singing (if you can call it that) in the garden. I've never heard this except in films.

Nipping out for a bit and coming back to hear the sound of Barry Davies. I go in to the front room and find my 3 year old glued to 1980 FA Cup Final DVD.

'I put your DVD on Daddy all by myself. I wanted to watch West Ham'.

The way my son is proud of me for no apparent reason.

Now, if only I can convince the wife to feel the same.
