Little things in life that make you smile

Anything goes in The Snug, General Discussion's rebellious little brother. An off-topic den of iniquity where any subject not covered elsewhere may be discussed. Well, anything except golf, Star Wars and Arsenal.

Means nothing to anyone but me, but starting my masters degree this coming week. Had a rough time at school and made to feel thick and worthless, so it's a bit of vindication.

Dog Hotel.

It's in West London and the dogs have names like Sherlock.......

Apparently 'Floyd's licking his balls' - must be a gymnast.

Arthur also suffered a small fracture in his hand, which occurred in the West Bromwich Albion match.
Not only did he give away a penalty with a daft handball - he broke his hand doing it....what a legend :D

An old k reg mini clubman pulled out In front of me this afternoon in whittlebury out the back of silverstone.
As I got close to the back of it I realised in the back was a fully grown sheep, with its face pushed up against the back window.

I followed him into Buckingham and pulled up alongside at a mini roundabout to check.
A live, fully grown, fully fleeced sheep. In the back of a k reg mini clubman.

The bloke looked across at me and we exchanged smiles, and off he went.

20 week scan today and we took our 3 year old boy along.

As we went into the hospital a helicopter landed on the roof really close to us.

This evening I took him to the airport to collect his gran and she said "did you see something special at the hospital today?" obviously meaning the baby.

He replies "yes a massive, noisy helicopter"

To be honest the sheep had a funny look on his chops.
I tried to overtake him but the road was tight and I didn't want to hogget.
Plus it was an old car and the bloke didn't look minted. At one point he took a tight bend and I though he was going to shank it.

When I used to work on the Skye Ferry an old crofter pulled up in a Fiat Uno , lying on the floor in front of the front seat was a calf .
