Yeah I saw him was about 10 seats and 2 rows away from him What a knobjockey !
We just looked and glared at him !!!!
Loads of plastics where I was sitting.......................
Surely those turning out at silly prices, when only 10 thousand others could be bothered, can hardly be called plastics?
None of the usual ST holders where plastics sitting. My term of plastic maybe should be "fickle"....they slaughtered LBM, Cole, Reid but all cheered when Cole & Reid scored !

The noise from yester year tended to come from a rowdy young following, prepared to travel all over the country and get behind their team. Now we have the lot that did that so passionately in the 70s and 80s, now wanting to sit down and not having the energy to do all they did before now aged 40 or 50.
The younger working class generation that creates atmosphere and passion for most clubs is not coming through as they have been priced away from the game, and instead we have grumpy old men fed up or the new fans who want instant success not aware of the fact that this clubs one biggest historical tradition and pride is good fans who know how to support their team with wit and banter.
With all due respect, that is bollox. I'm 47 and i still stand, sing and shout all game as do allot of other "grumpy old men" around me. And we know all the words to all the songs, not just the chelsea/ira ones. as an american football coach once said " if they don't bite as puppies they won't bite as dogs" and i'm glad to say there are still some old biters knocking around in the CL

They supported the team very loudly until about 15 minutes into the second half which was bloody impressive I thought considering how awful we were at home to a League Two side near the bottom of their league. At least they can put a bloody song together unlike the now silent and pathetic BM lower.
The pathetic and now silent BML doesnt **** off their manager and sing songs that actually doesnt even support the team. Sory but how can songs coming from that stand even justify support?
its better to have no atmosphere then sing songs about potential managers written up by the daily mail and players that were here two seasons ago.
Each time the macclesfield players came towards the BM from half time and xtra half time we clapped them, as they did play very well, leading the game for most of the around 70-75 minutes.
I also think that reid and hines played very well last night and i believe that they have more confidence and more urge to take people on than sears.
You both support the same club so why the need for all the "I'm a better fan than you are...ner, ner, ner ner, ner" crap?
I've supported this club for 28 years now...used to have a season ticket but gave it up about 7 years ago. I had my reasons and I'm not going into them here. Now though it's purely a case of I can't afford to go anymore because I refuse to fall into the money trap that is Football. Do I still qualify as a real fan?
Or because I choose to spend my money on my wife and children and make sure they are looked after instead of buying a season ticket, and because I am prepared to 'make do' with a (sometimes) shitty internet feed or just radio commentary, am I now counted as an armchair fan who isn't a proper supporter?
Some things are far, far more important than Football.
