Blackburn 0 West Ham Utd 0 (29/08/09)

Post by RoverDave »

Well we have had another terrible start to the season, losing but playing quite well... Which is probably what you would expect from a team who sell their best players and do very little in the way of replacing them...

Perfect time to play our bogey team really... I go for Blackburn 1 - 4 West Ham. We are due a goal, but also a drubbing.

Should be a decent crowd there hopefully with our reduced ticket prices...

Roverdave, we might win up at yours but we wont be scoring 4 goals any time soon!

Still early days in the season, I'm sure we'll both be OK come May time.

Theme from S- Express currently playing....sorry Rover Dave, but I've waited since a heavy 4-1 away defeat to celebrate a win against our strike breaking neighbours.
Last time I went to Ewood you beat us 5-4

We look a bit **** on our left flank when he's not playing?

No idea mate. Hope he's back asap, as although Spector has done okay imo, Ilunga adds another dimension

Yeh I believe you have the upper tier of the Darwen End this year, we have the bottom tier as unreserved seating now, which is quite a good idea to get groups of people in... basically you buy a ticket and can sit anywhere in the lower tier, so it goes on a first come first serve basis. It worked well at the end of last season... We also are doing three tickets for £30 or something for the next three home games, which should be popular as northerners generally love a good bargain...

I am looking forward to seeing Kalinic hopefully play, first two games he has been crap, but I have been at neither. Looking forward to giving him a warm welcome/stick.
