SSN have just shown pictures of the area surrounding the ground. Not one snowflake or ice crystal to be seen.

I'm on call today....met office CANCELLED yesterdays severe weather warning (for today) this morning....still wouldn't have fancied it without a striker..so might be for the best.Micheal Fish must be a hammer. Pardon?

Phew....it's lucky it was postponed.........there was at least two roads in Barking today with slush on them and I'm sure I saw a couple of snow flakes flutter past.

Who gets the impression that the weather forecasters are just playing it safe now that we've had a few days of cold weather? They were predicting a new ice age last night for this week......now the forecast for the next few days is "cloudy".

Obviously they've acted incompetently in the first place to put us into a situation where we're relying on a 33 year old as our only fit centre forward but I've got no problem with the way in which they've (apparently) pushed to get this fixture postponed.

I see it as:

Possibly going 13th + 500k sky money

VS

Losing with a game in hand on everyone + Parker, Ilunga and Cole to be back for the postponed fixture

I'd pick the second option every time

heard that there will be 2 mph winds next saturday, whole league programme in doubt again,

health and safety institute posted a '' windburn alert '' at 10-15 pm tonight

I think the game could've been played today the condition was "better" than the FA cup match.
