Just back from the game, and another piss poor performance from the team. Away support was excellent as usual. Home support was shocking, but then i guess they have better things to cheer about at the moment. Fair play to them.
As for us, on the pitch things have to change, things just aint right at the moment, and havent been for most of the season.

an absolute shambles.devoid of passion, desire, creativity, pace, movement quality...i`ve had enough of the clueless zola/clarke combination.they IMO are useless &clueless..they have to go asap even this week...we fans deserve so much better than this.we are realistists we no we aint no top 6 club but we want a team that shows spirit and fights.personally i am not going to another game until zola goes.i`m starting to despise him and clarke now...please get rid of these clowns asap..

Re: Fulham vs West Ham Utd: match thread
have been saying for quite a while that I wanted zola to go as I've been tired of the lack of width and movement on the pitch way before G + S arrived but I've not been keen on the way that sullivan in particular seems to have been trying to engineer it....but ****ing hell it's getting to the point where I'm thinking that zola doesn't deserve another penny out of the club let alone a £4m plus pay off.....
sullivan is an annoying gobshite but anyone who finds the chairmen comments more embarassing than the ***** on the pitch are hanging round with the wrong people....devoid of movement, structure, organisation, ideas...again

Ah a sinking boat, that's what all the kerfuffle was in that direction.

Made me laugh how when their second went in you still couldn't hear them sing over the top of claret and blue army!
Couldn't believe that twat in the green tank-top coming over to our end giving it the biggun, that was brilliant!
Mind you f*** being one of their fans if you get told off for standing up and giving it to the away team.

Doesn't surprise me the stewards are total dick heads there. One reason I wont go there again.

Re: Fulham vs West Ham Utd: match thread
First time I've been to Fulham - all in all an OK day...well absolutely **** football wise, but standing in the Putney end, freezing my balls off, with the support was blinding - as someone else has put it, it was more for ourselves than the shambles on field and sidelines.
Mrs' first game too - she loved the atmosphere from the faithful and couldn't understand why their end turned up as there was no vocal to be heard "Your support is ****ing ****!" - Brilliant. I think she now sees what its all about and would definitely go again - if only to see Greeno take his shirt off at the end...I've told her its all steroids and that really he would look like the beer bellied fella she comes home to every night.
Anyway just wanted to share the disappointment of another dire performance, although if truth be told it wasn't the worst of the season, had a couple of decent spells but mostly were caught ball watching and making mistakes no professional on £30k+ per week should be committing.
Will be interesting to see who comes and goes prior to next season - I can only hope we can milk Upson's sale for as much as we can get and Tomkins can develop pre-season and take his place. Stanislas out on loan as he aint anywhere near ready for Prem. And for ****'s sake off load Spector and get a proper covering left back in...I could go on but probably boring you all already.

And Fulham reserves are better than our first team going by yesterdays game.

Re: Fulham vs West Ham Utd: match thread
Yesterday's match struck me as an exercise in simply going through the motions of turning up and getting the fixture out of the way. There was no passion from most of the players, dire performances from a few, negative body language from most of them and a total lack of any interest, insight or passion from Zola and Clarke.
And I'm totally sure that the starting line up they put out (repetition of the last one) was a clear sign of the fact that they don't expect (want?) to be at West Ham next season. If they had any long term commitment to the club they'd have moved things around (Kurucz in goal, Daprela at LB, Spence and Edgar on the bench rather than the pointless Gabbidon and LBM) to look at options for the future.
But they don't expect to be around, so why bother. Expect the same line up against Man City and expect us to get a thrashing.
I'm looking forward to S&G getting a real manager in - it's about time we had one

Anyone see the fight in the boozer (on the corner, at the traffic lights, can't remember the name) after the game. Some dude tried to nut the doorman but missed by about 3ft . His mates and the doormen then kicked off & one of the doorman **** himself and done a runner  Very funny indeed!!

Gold must be feeling a bit ridiculous this morning what with moaning to Fulham about their fielding a weakenend team against Hull which had 2 more regulars in it than the team which beat us yesterday.

Great support in the Putney End but your team is bloody shocking. We were only playing at half pace - very much an end of term feel about the game from our perspective.
Your team don't deserve you.

Zola's comment just makes me sick
"It was disappointing, because I didn't think we deserved to lose. Fulham played at a normal level, rather than better than West Ham."
O, really?!
even if they were just normal as he stated, Fulham played many of their substitutes when that was our first team line-up, which looked toally clueless, not only this game, but most of the games this season.
I can't wait for the season to end
