West Ham Utd 1 Bolton Wanderers 3 (21/08/10)

Post by mcinerney7 »

I have never started one of these so here goes,

After todays performance 4-3-3 does not work neither did 4-5-1 we need to stick with 4-4-2

I would play piq and cole upfront barrera to start aswell on one of the wings. Id like us to drop Upson but you no that aint going to happen so hopefully Dacosta can play next week. Im afraid im putting spector at right back in my team

Piq and Cole upfront
Diamanti and Barrera wings
Noble and Parker in the middle
Ilunga Upson Dacosta Spector

Kevin Davies to score, put your mortgage on it.

3-1 Bolton. An up n' under style assault on Tomkins if he plays.

Da Costa and Piq MUST start for me.

Beat me to it by a minute. :) :D, don't think we should scrap the new formation just yet.

I'd go for the following team:-

Green
Faubert Da Costa Upson Daprela
Parker Noble Boa
Barrera Diamanti
Cole

Our defence is **** enough, without spector in it, god knows how bad we'd be if he even set foot on the pitch.

-------------------Green-----------------

Ben Haim----Da Costa----Upson----Illunga

Barrera-------Parker---------Noble------Behrami

------------------Cole--------------Piquionne--------

Stetch,Gabbidon,Reid,Boa Morte,Kovac,Caciedo,Stanislas

I know many will claim i am mad for wanting to see Ben Haim, however, he is a man with plenty of experience, and can be a bit of a hardcase when he wants to be. Im all for him starting

Looking forward to this one, no tube running, Bolton always give us a tough game, crap today, so we're right up against it.

Home win, with Cole finally getting 2 goals in a game for us after only over 100 apperances

Rubbish.

TBH at rb why get him in if he's not going to play. Da costa at cb, tomkins is a massive liability!!
Piq for faubert and behrami for kovac.
IMO kovac and Spector should never ever start for us an tomkins needs a loan to regain some confidence.

Perhaps today will be a blessing in disguise. It is now clear we need a RB as a matter of urgency and need to offload some of the cowards who still infiltrate this team which remains one of the worst in my lifetime.

Drop 3 or 4 from today's debarcle and I think we can squeeze a win.

Very true, need some big characters in the Bellamy Mould.

Too many bottlers in the team who crumble too easy for me.

Grant would of learnt a lot about the team today.

We need to take the game to Bolton from the start next week push them back so Davies is only winning headers on the half way line & double up on Petrov & go in fu*king hard on the boy let him know he ain't having a game.

Plus I would get Da Costa on Davies as the last thing we need is another defenders head being shot-to-put, Davies always batters the sh*t out of Upson.
