What is it that you all hate about him so much? I'm used to seeing him blindly hero-worshipped on our own forums so am just curious.prophet:marginal wrote:

I am nevertheless afraid to report that your assessments of Jamie Carragher are likely to place you in a minority of one.
He personifies everything I hate about LFC.

He gets away with wrestling with people, one of many qualities I dislike about Carra.

He did indeed and he drove his own car there and didn't go on the coach with the other Sunderland players

He's a loud-mouthed, sharp-elbowed cheat of the highest order, who thinks its hard to threaten group violence in his shoddy autobiography.scousehammerette wrote: What is it that you all hate about him so much? I'm used to seeing him blindly hero-worshipped on our own forums so am just curious.
I also think his 'retirement' from England duties, only for him to rock up in South Africa and play like a dunce, did him no favours (as much as it happened years after I first decided I couldn't stand him).
Fess up - do you support Liverpool and West Ham? If so, what planet are you from?

Re: Was anyone else upset......
Personally, no.
Most of them have performed disgracefully all season, and I'm not bothered that they didn't acknowledge the crowd. To be honest, with the obvious notable exceptions, if they'd strayed over and started to clap I reckon they'd have soon been ****ed off out of it, so better to just f*** off from the pitch after another gutless, pitifull performance that ended the worst season for decades.
With exceptions (you know who) they can all get ****ed...c****.

Yup. Liverpool's my team as I'm from Merseyside originally. I moved to London when I was 8, the Hammers have been my second team since then. Hence the 2006 cup final was a right headache!prophet:marginal wrote:

I assume you all love Gerrard as much as you clearly adore Carra?
Must admit that Carragher does have an awful lot to say for himself and can be really outspoken at times, he's certainly a character.

Gerrard's alright when he's not diving, said some nice things about West Ham recently too.

First Half was dire but the congas, the little group forming at the front of the TBL and a better atmosphere in the second half cheered me up. Like a few others missed the second goal jumping about!
