The score really does matter you kow.

1 shot on target, 1-0 win, 3 points - I'm happy with that

last week we had 4 shots on target, 9 off target and didn't score - your point is?
my point is we need to improve up front because our shot to goal conversion rate isn't good enough to win the league. sorry for my opinion on a forum all about opinions... f*** me

A WIN is a Win! and that is what is important, still want to see more upfront work from strikers. On to Watford

ye do numb nuts because he and everyone at the club said we need to hit the ground running... that running is a ****ing walk atm. which is why i said we need to improve. the only reason people are so happy is because of other events today... if we were the only game on today and that was the performance everyone on here would be saying what i'm saying.

Great win. These are the sort of results that get you promoted.

We'd have liked a few hard work, close nil-one away wins last year.

Leave the style for at home or even for when we are guaranteed automatic promotion.

There are going to be a lot of grinding out results matches this season.

Well done all, three points is very welcome.

Now get three more for me as I watch from the Vicarage Road Stand at Watford.

The obvious need for a finisher. Not that we created many chances but we need someone who will create his own chances on days like these, and there will be many more of them. Wait maybe until we are towards the top of the table and a few lower placed teams come to U.P. They'll park the bus and we will struggle more than today. Happened last time in the Fizzy Pop I think. This league isn't as piss easy and a lot on here claim. Hard working pros who see us as their Cup Final every game.

Great at least we are out of the posts and on 3 points, kept a clean sheet, away from home. When did that last happen?? I think Wolves 2 seasons ago!!

Will take a while for team to gel but onwards and upwards

Some people on here finding negatives out of an away win and clean sheet Headbanger

after walking out of Upton Park last week having seen us having all the chances but coming away with no points I am very happy with today's result... It's a start to build on!

And my point is, as has been mentioned elsewhere, Chelsea won the Premiership under Mourinho in 2004/5 with 11 1-0 wins

Apology accepted

People are happy today because we've won, the rest you can believe if it makes you feel better.
