We have a fairly good record at Vicarage Road. I just hope we can start finding the back of the net a bit more.

This is going to be a harder game than todays. Vicarage Road, under the lights, they're going to be well up for it.

Cant see the team changing much but i'd like to see Cole for Piq, hopefully he's ready to start a game soon. Like to see Barrera or Faubert involved on the wings too. Cant see this being a very high scoring game but we MUST put away our chances because Watford will be a much bigger threat upfront than Doncaster were. They've lost both their games so they'll be itching for points infront of their home crowd.

2 games 1 goal...time for a bit of the old 4-4-2

Not guna happen, that would mean having two of Noble, Parker and Collison either out of position or on the bench and mean we get less out of Nolan.

Big Sam clearly wants to play 4-5-1 and I doubt he will stop working on it after 2 games.

I'd play:

.............................Green............................
O'Brian.........Tomkins........Reid.......Mcarthy
............................Parker............................
...................Collison....Nolan.....................
Barrera............................................Taylor
............................Cole...............................

Bit harsh on Noble but it was between him and Collison and I think we are lacking abit of creativity, hopefully Collison playing in a central position could bring this.

We've lost the last three games we've played vs Watford 1-0

We better win this one, Couple of my mates are Watford fans and love to rub it in

Speaking to a friend who is a Watford season ticket holder, he said they were awful today, the loss of the manager and key players has hit them really badly. They are really worried for Tuesday as they look so bad.

When did we give him another contract and why is he playing left back? :?

Agree with that Parker will be gone by the end of the month and we need to start playing 4-4-2. May as well put him on the bench and get used to life after Parker

I think you're thinking of a different McCarthy mate.

match report from BBC seems to say they were a little unlucky -:
Watford 0 - 1 DerbySteve Davies grabbed the only goal as Derby recorded their second successive league win at the expense of Watford.

Davies scored his second of the season when he received the ball from Lee Croft 20 yards out and fired his effort into the roof of the net.

Watford went close early on when Marvin Sordell's effort was well saved by goalkeeper Frank Fielding.

Gavin Massey nearly equalised for the Hornets in the closing stages but but missed with two headers.

The home side will consider themselves unlucky as Derby created very few chances and arrived on the back of a Carling Cup defeat against Shrewsbury.

Sordell had another chance midway through the first half, but his 18-yard effort was easily saved by the busy Fielding.

The Hornets drove forward again five minutes before half time, but Craig Forsyth shot wide after having a clear sight of goal.

Watford tried again after the break but Fielding came to the rescue when he tipped Sordell's 20-yard effort around the post.

Moments later, the Derby keeper was involved once more when he saved John Eustace's header with his feet.

The Rams held on until the final whistle for their first win at Vicarage Road since 2009 and their first away win in seven league games.

Barrera needs to start for me if we are to continue with 451/433!
We need some proper width and pace desperately in this team if we are to have a bit
More penetration and cutting edge, one of Parker, noble or collison needs to be dropped
To accommodate Barrera, I would drop Parker tbh and get used to playing without him in the team but
I don't see that happening, the manner of yesterday's win along with a clean sheet should
Hopefully do wonders for a fair few players in the team/ squad that are more used to seeing
Us throw leads away and buckle under pressure, however big Sam has already
Alluded to getting rid of a losing mentality at the club and this will not happen overnight so I don't
Expect us to get going properly for a while yet, I'll go for another scrappy win by the odd goal and tbh
I will be more than happy with that!

Away games coming thick and fast in the NPower .

I'd take a 1-0 win off the arse of Stanislas if need be . Accumulate points - and by doing so apply pressure to other sides .

Think in golfing terms : Nick Faldo at the Masters , overhauling Greg Norman from way back , simply be delivering par after par after par .

I'd take 1-0 wins away from home all season .

Same starting XI for me : they won , they play again - simple messages that players understand .

Having just watched Football League Show the main thing I noticed about Watford was there serious lack of crowd.

Derby didn't seem to take many either.

I think the big support going for us on Tuesday could really make a difference.

Another 3 points away would be lovely..
