Hardly a cup final.
Leave it out. The fact that our fans ran on the pitch after we scored against a League 1 club suggests it's just a bigger game for us as it is for them.

Agreed. We have bigger fish to fry than a team that struggles to get 12k attendance. They never even tasted Premier League football
You sound like you're from the "football only started in 1992 with the Sky Premier League" brigade.
They were in the top division when we were in the 2nd tier before.
Who are these bigger fish this season then? Me personally, nothing bigger than this lot away this season.

Sorry PM, you usually speak sense. But on this one, especiialy with the above statement, you aint half talking some proper ****.

Yeah you are right, I will probably give this game and the rest of the season a miss as it is not proper soccer like they show on that Match of the Day
Trust me this is The Cup Final for those with any understanding of our club. You can not judge the intensity by attendance figures[/quote]
Sweeney I find that statement patronising I refuse to look on it as our cup final because to do so would give them more kudos, to me they are and always will be a small little team with a large chip on their shoulder about us. Believe me I understand the intensity of this rivalry but dont need to see it as our cup final to have an understanding of the club i've supported for 40 plus years
I must say though, Elland Road is cracking 'proper' away day. More chance of getting in trouble than 'wall easily. Dare say there people on here ****ting it about the p***** yet happy to do Leeds. Wrong way round IMO.
No matter how much you'd like to deny it, you're nuts if Leeds or Cardiff matters more than this lot though.
They may be a proper p**** little **** **** club, but when we're in the same division......
At home vs Millwall, latest figures suggested that 22-24000 WHU fans paid a reduced price to enter the ground.
At Cardiff vs Preston, as many, if not more, paid for attendance and travel too.
Promotion is more important to the majority of our fans, against the prospect of 2 matches per season in the second rate division, against a team most suited to such environs.
