f***, I think I need to join you in the Dementia suite. I was convinced it was Ludo. I do remember the game was live on the box and only around 10,000 were at the game. Sunderland brought around 1,000 and were given the whole South Bank. But with my memory, it was probably a full house, not on TV and I was fishing with Gazza.
Different game, that one was a few seasons later 6-0 i think and Ludo saved a pen.

Also, anyone going to complain about Rob Green's OTT celebrations? Don't get me wrong, I'd laugh if it was Kasper winding the away fans up - but if I was closer the pitch no doubt it would have incited me.
What a twat. Alright for us to do it but we should conplain if anyone does it to us.

Sounds good, just make sure you have your bible to hand when I start rambling about "Julian Dicks' last minute penalty against Birmingham in the 1980 League Cup Quarter Final"

I bet she pretends it is 443.

But I hear they are moving the ward to a new multipurpose centre where the beds are a long way from telly screens. Some patients are unhappy, but some prefer the idea as their will be less queues for the toilet and we will be higher up the National Health rankings.

I would like to see the challenges again as I do tend to wear my claret and blue specs but I thought they were all 50/50 decisions at best. There was no way he deserved to get booked, its not against the rules to be bigger and stronger than your opponent.

I thought our second was stunning .Inch perfect 50 yard pass from Noble to create the opportunity - you won't see a better pass all season in English football .I know I've banged on about him yesterday , but he really was bloody outstanding .

And our third was a stunning finish by Baldock .If RvP had scored it for Arsenal it would have headline news on Sky all night long .

Slaters goal was unbelievable, big boot upfield, Slater sprinting towards their goal, slowed, turned, chested the ball forwards and then volleyed it into the top corner, best goal I've seen at UP. It was Sunderland and we won 5-0 under the floodlights..

A hoof that happened to go to the right place, and everyone's w*nking over it? If McCartney or Faye had produced it, there would have been a moan about it being a long ball. As it was, it was overhit and Faubert had to sprint to stop it from going out of play.

Vision my a*se. Once again home grown hammer through-and-through claret-n-blue blood Marky Mark Noble getting jizzed over.

He must be good that Faubert, he sprinted and stopped the ball , passed back to himself and then scored.

Good fishing, but what the hell, I'll bite .

The point is the other two players you mention have other qualities, and hitting precision passes aren't in their repertoires .That's why Noble has to start .He has the golden bazooka .
