Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
Different game, that one was a few seasons later 6-0 i think and Ludo saved a pen.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread

Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
What a twat. Alright for us to do it but we should conplain if anyone does it to us.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
Sounds good, just make sure you have your bible to hand when I start rambling about "Julian Dicks' last minute penalty against Birmingham in the 1980 League Cup Quarter Final"
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadYes its a lovely ward, funny enough its called the West Ham ward, the beds used to set out 442 in the ward but since
we got a new matron we have gone 451.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
I bet she pretends it is 443. But I hear they are moving the ward to a new multipurpose centre where the beds are a long way from telly screens. Some patients are unhappy, but some prefer the idea as their will be less queues for the toilet and we will be higher up the National Health rankings.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
I would like to see the challenges again as I do tend to wear my claret and blue specs but I thought they were all 50/50 decisions at best. There was no way he deserved to get booked, its not against the rules to be bigger and stronger than your opponent.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadHas anyone got a clip of Green's celebration infront of the Leicester fans at the end of the game yesterday?
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadSome cracking goals yesterday......two from us and their 2nd was a beauty.
Was quite impressed with Almunia in his little stint.......
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
I thought our second was stunning .Inch perfect 50 yard pass from Noble to create the opportunity - you won't see a better pass all season in English football .I know I've banged on about him yesterday , but he really was bloody outstanding . And our third was a stunning finish by Baldock .If RvP had scored it for Arsenal it would have headline news on Sky all night long .
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
We are everybodys cup final no doubts.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadThat WAS a cracking ball from Noble.....absolutely top notch.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadSlaters goal was unbelievable, big boot upfield, Slater sprinting towards their goal, slowed, turned, chested the ball forwards and then volleyed it into the top corner, best goal I've seen at UP. It was Sunderland and we won 5-0 under the floodlights..
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match ThreadA hoof that happened to go to the right place, and everyone's w*nking over it? If McCartney or Faye had produced it, there would have been a moan about it being a long ball. As it was, it was overhit and Faubert had to sprint to stop it from going out of play.
Vision my a*se. Once again home grown hammer through-and-through claret-n-blue blood Marky Mark Noble getting jizzed over.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
He must be good that Faubert, he sprinted and stopped the ball , passed back to himself and then scored.
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
Good fishing, but what the hell, I'll bite . The point is the other two players you mention have other qualities, and hitting precision passes aren't in their repertoires .That's why Noble has to start .He has the golden bazooka .
Yes, one of our own, and the best footballer at the club by a mile . I know you are teasing, but he was double good yesterday . ****ing marvellous actually .
Re: West Ham United vs Leicester City Match Thread
First half he played a blinder, you must be on some sort of wind up .
