I'd be very surprised if the team is in any way different to that.
That's the 11 I'd go for.
The only place up for debate is who plays the leading striker role.
I just hope that between Carew & Cole they have enough fitness to make sure Piq isn't needed
If they do, I'd fancy us to get something.

Training pictures on OS seem to show Carew training with the rest of the squad and talkspot said that Carew twittered that his knee feels ok, so hopefully he will be available for tomorrow. Would love to see him up front with Baldock but I doubt SA will risk two up top away to an in form side.

Hull fans aren't optimistic. Even less so if their second choice 'keeper Gulacsi plays, which looks certain.
Posted 04 Nov 2011 15:24re: PREDICT TIGERS v HAMMERS SCORE...With Basso in goal 1-1

With Gulacsi in goal 0-2...even if Carew is out.

He is one of the worst GKs I have ever seen in a Tigers team...his previous performances have been poor...against Leeds abysmal. He has no courage on crosses and high balls...his handling is a disaster. His judgement coming out of goal is very poor.

But most importantly the Back-4 have no confidence in him..as has been made very clear from their reactions on the field.

Frankly I'd rather have Oxley in there. We saw what happened to Leeds against Blackpool with Rachubka in goal the other day. And he's miles better than Gulacsi.

I wouldn't be surprised to see us go with two up top for this one and press early. Hull haven't exactly been free scoring but defend pretty well.

Brilliant - I love this optimism. Whatever the results of the last few games, I always feel like this right up until ko on match day.

I suppose if we win, thats 4 points from Brizzle City and Hull - many of us would have been content with at the start of the week.

Doesn't seem to be too much enthusiasm for this game .

Second in the table yet apathy abounds .

Perhaps Preview Percys piece will get the excitement levels up .

Biggest game of the season for me, inasmuch as it's as close to a home game as I get these days. Should be arriving in la Desesperación de la Ciudad around lunchtime, can't wait. :D

we're going to smash them. 0-3, making up for the bristol game and giving us four points in the first two games this month, which i'd've taken a week ago!

Hull are a super-dull side, they've only scored 14 goals in 14 games. They're tight at the back too and take grinding out a result to a new level. We've struggled for goals so I'm going to say a 4-4 draw!

Seriously, an important match for us. I'd like to see Cole/Carew upfront with Baldock or Nolan buzzing around off him. Diop has to play to give the back 4 some protection and possibly play centre half if we lose either Faye or Tomka.
