Have got to work on Saturday so won't make the game (live) but will be tuned in to the "radio" broadcast.

I wish you all a good day out in HobNob Ville and trust we come away with 3 points.

I should imagine it'll be The Three Guineas as that is the dedicated away supporters pub, I think I'll be in there.

That will be the one I'll have a few in then, have to get an earlier train, I know the football specials go from 1 o'clock to the ground, so will want a few drinks beforehand.

I think I'll be there early-ish, do you know how long those buses take to get to the ground?

A few early in Stratford before heading off to London Bridge to catch up all our Millwall friends... Then off to Paddington to welcome our friends from Cardiff... before heading out to Reading to catch up with our Reading friends...

Then the same in reverse coming home...

All in all a very friendly day really!

3 pages of a match thread and no would-be managers yet!!

Green

Demel
Faye
Tomkins
McCartney

Faubert
Noble
Diop
Nolan
Montano

Cole

Subs: O'Brien, Stech, Collison, Piquionne, Carew/Sears

In the absence of Taylor, lets give the kid a chance on the left to see what he can do. Worst case scenario is he struggles with pace of championship at this stage and we resort to a 442 with Collison and Piq coming on. If he performs well, Sam has another option ahead of the Xmas fixtures and transfer window.

SORRY, FORGET ALL THIS , FAILED TO NOTICE THAT HE HAD GONE OUT ON LOAN FOR A 3RD TIME!!

So, do we bounce back after our loss on the weekend and give them a good drubbing?

For once, I'm gonna put me claret and blue specs on and stay optimistic. We're gonna run up the score on them.

I'm sitting on,well just above, the half way line for this one..can't abide a behind the goal viewpoint, especially when there's no TV coverage in the evening as there is with the Prem.

I'm a bit pessimistic...

I feel we've got where we have ,second, without being a good all round team, with a lot of good fortune on our side. Think the luck may be running out.

The only improvement possible, because I dont see anyone playing other than to their potential, is a few changes to the eleven from the limited opportunities we have.

Dioup should start,at the expense of Jack, our two centre backs can only mark two attackers at crosses, and the rest of the midfield look lightweight at heading. This will allow Noble to get forward a bit more, essential I think.

O'Brien to replace Faubert. He is twice the footballer.......No speed? When did the frog reach the by-line and pull the ball back? When reverting to right back last Saturday, he,in space, was crossing from the half way line rather than run with the ball.

Demel to start at Right back.

This is a much better balanced eleven imo.
