I would go with a front 3 of Jelavic, Sordell and Cole myself...

Not a good start to this threadDan1326 wrote: Hopefully I will finally get a winning match thread.
I would play an unchanged team from the one against Forest today.

Re: Ipswich v West Ham Match thread
I predict 2-1 to us.
Own goal and a penalty to to West Ham 2-0 up, followed by a superb flowing Ipswich move finished off in style, followed by 10 minutes of desperate last-ditch defending by us.

Re: Ipswich v West Ham Match thread
With 10 days to go before this match, I just hope BFS doesn't make the same mistake that Grant made before our FA Cup exit at Stoke this time last year, when for some totallly ridiculous and unfathomable reason, decided that the ideal pre match preparation for a match played in temperatures of around 8 degrees that the players would benefit from warm weather training. I seem to remember that after that, I dont think we won another match for the remaining duration of the season. I'm sure Karren will put her foot down and refuse such a request anyway

Re: Ipswich v West Ham Match thread
I suspect that Ipswich may well get a new manager in before this game.
They are in a terrible run of results and lost again despite going 1-0 up. With the next game not for another 10 days it's the perfect time for them to make a change as they're now just 4 points clear off the drop-zone.
I think we'll get at least a point off them anyway though.

Would like Hall to be given a chance in this game, looks the business to me just from seeing him today I can see he's got potential.

Green
O'Brien, Tomka, Reid, McCartney
Faubert Nolan, Noble, Taylor
Cole, Baldock.
Subs: Stech, Faye, Collison, Carew, Hall.
Straight up 4-4-2, with wingers, balls into the box from the wings and nice passing. Please?

That's the team I want to see
Although I think Baldock might be replaced by Collison in a 4-5-1 as we are away.

or if u do start match threads make them worthwhile and give us some detalils / match previews / date and time maybe, not just a line saying nothing. someone used to make good match threads, i cant remember who but there was someone. might of been Dyers Leg?
