What a fantastic afternoon. Every one of the players were bloody great, as were our fans. The slow walk past the Cardiff coaches after was funny. IMHO Nolan is one good captain. Vaz and Maynards goals..wow! I just think the whole team were fantastc ,from Greeno right the way through to the strikers. :crest:

Winston and Tomka were outstanding today, AGAIN. I honestly cannot see any difference between them and defenders such as Phil Jones or Chris Smalling.

Great result (and performance to go with it!)

And James Tomkins, just how good a player is he - brilliant!

Just got home

I do not care that I admit I was a tad emotional when the second went in. I have been to Wembley with West Ham 3 times, but that was 31 years ago. To many youngsters, watching West Ham at Wembley is an abstract concept. Enjoy lads.

I am sooooo ****ing proud of the Irons.

Working all during but :raver: From the armchair fan's p.o.v. it's great reading a positively glowing report in The Grauniad for a change. They talked of backs coming out as attacking wingers...is this Sam's WHU?

Well done you Irons, well done Sam. Let's finish it!

Have to say I think Guy Demel had another excellent performance and has been good for us since he started getting a run of games - is a great outlet down the wing, puts in good crosses and is much more solid defensively that Faubert imo. Bar the mistake against Hull he has done the business for us

Proper good match that. I wasn't around when we had the terraces, but f*** me, today was probably like being on the terraces. Rows completely packed out, more people than seats (well at the back of the sir trev anyway, couldn't move), all standing, constant clapping and chanting. Was like an england game at points, proper wound up them welsh ****ers. fantastic noise in the sir trev lower, proper good. Wembley, wembley, we're the famous west ham and we're going to wembley, wembley, wembley...
Proud of the lads, fantastic performance, anyone else see Carlton doing the Crossed hammers to the STBL at the end of the match?

Twas a cracking atmosphere, the best I've experienced in the Rio Upper near the STB.

As for the standing, almost stacked it into the row in front when the second went in, grazed my shin badly too

Owch
Had the seats infront of me diging into the soft parts of me kneecaps for most of the match, wasn't too comfortable, good laugh though. When the goals went in i though the whole row was going to go arse over tit down the stairs.

Just home. Was on the tube, and it was great - everyone singing even hours after the game.

As my train pulled out of Bow Road, some fella ran up to the window and gave the crossed arms, but wasn't looking where he was going so stacked it over a bench. We were pissing ourselves.
