Same team, perhaps with a few alterations on the bench.

We have to approach this game with the same professional attitude which we did the first leg.

The final beckons, but we cannot lose sight of Cardiff's capabilities.

I'll go with that. Carlton has been in superb goal scoring form at home recently and I see him getting an early one, then the tie will be all but over. If we hit the 60 minute mark and it's 3-0 or more, players will start to be rested and we'll take our foot off the gas, looking ahead to Wembley. It doesn't sound very West Ham but neither has this season! Cardiff will come looking for the early goal, if they do it will certainly make the game edgy but i just cant see them getting it, their strikers are awful and we are full of confidence.

Same team please, although if there is a worry over Jack's fitness, stick Angela in there.

They've got to come and play and we should be able to pick them off for a comfortable win. Our discipline is again going to be crucial, especially with Dean refereeing the game; don't want to give this **** any reason to tip the game in their balance. If we can get the first goal, we'll get 3 or 4 and cruise it. Playing for the draw will be the wrong way to approach it; so I hope SA plays it positive; goes for the win and puts it to bed early. A quietly confident 3-0...Wembley here we come

We've got 90 minutes of football to defend a 2 goal lead at home. I really hope Sam doesn't see it like that.........

I'm probably going to get drunk, be violently sick later in the evening, and smell like the kebab god of death at work the next morning in time for my annual "Staff Review and Development" meeting at 10AM with my boss.

All this, after we draw a mind-numbingly dull game 0-0. I hope.

I hope Sam and indeed the players see the game as 0-0 with 90 to play and come out firing again, grab two early goals (Cole, Vaz Te), kill the tie off, Cardiff heads drop, we grab a further two goals (O'Neill, Nolan) and go into the final on a massive high having scored six in our last two games.

Great night. We kept their crowd quiet, made their team nervous and never stopped pressing the ball. I dont know if this has been covered before, but do the bookings carry over into Mondays game. If so, does this mean if the players that got booked last night get booked on Monday they miss the final? If it does would BFS be wise to rest them? More improtantly can he really afford to rest them on Monday? Headbanger

Prob been asked before - will the yellow cards given in the first game, or previously be an issue for the last game?

Play the same team, play the same way. We're not home at 2-0 and if we let them pressure us early on and they get a goal back then we're making it hard for ourselves. Press them high up the pitch and play the game in their half. If we score one early on, I can't see them coming back and they may well collapse allowing us to get another.

Saw the first leg live on TV in Cambodia. Very professional performance just a tad disappointed we didn't get a third to book our place in the final. Would be nice to start the return leg in a confident fashion and get the third to give us protection for any unusual circumstances such as a vicious deflection, red card etc. having won our previous 2 at home just hope we don't over complicate matters by playing in a nervous fashion.

Whats the score regarding yellow cards. With a few being dished out last night is there a chance some players may miss the final if we get there???

The ability to grind out draws at home - so costly to us in a league promotion-chasing scenario - is going to pay off now, in a knockout situation. It's either going to be a stodgy 0-0 or a nervy 1-1, but either way Cardiff will not find a way past.

Wembley is imminent.

First goal in this will be crucial - we get it and it's probably goodnight nurse. They get it, and we'll all be sh*tting ourselves again.

Luckily we've found a happy knack of knocking in an early goal lately

2-0's never a comfortable lead so I'm taking nothing for granted the one thing in our favor is we don't have to win which will relieve some of the preassure of playing at home. think we need to score first. as that should pretty much kill Cardiff off .
