Yeah, good point, I too would like to see him in for this match as I think we might struggle aganst these if we fall a goal behind, particularly so, if we only have Cole up front; It would then be hard to see where the goals will come from. So, my inclusion of Diarra is a sort of insurance policy

I don't think we brought in Benayoun for attacking midfielder role unless Nolan gets injured. We were weak on wings and he'll probably get a chance over Vaz Te.

I'm 95% sure our lineup will look like this:
Jussi ; Demel Collins Reid McCartney ; Diame Noble ; Benayoun Nolan Jarvis (possibly a lot of changing) ; Cole.

............................JJ............................

...Demel...Tomkins....Reid....JOB...

.................Noble.....Diame..............

......RVT............Nolan...........Jarvis...

.......................Maigia.....................

That is what I would pick with Yossi and Cole on if level or behind on the 65th min mark

BFS line up wil be different to mine though.

I think this is gona be a frustrating game. From what I've seen of Sunderland so far they look pretty tidy and well organised. I'm gona say 2-1 to Sunderland with an inspiring display from our lads but lack of quality again in the final 3rd of the pitch as against Norwich.

Hopefully Im wrong...

They haven't won a league game since March I think. But we do sometimes do our best to help those on a bad winless run.It will be tight but I fancy us for a 2-1.

With Jarvis and Yossi in we should have enough quality to keep them busy. It's going to be very tight. I just feel that Fletcher is odds on to score.

I'd bring the youngster Richard Hall in for this one, recall James Tompkins, drop Matt Noble and give Yossi Berkovic his first start.

4-0 win. Job done.

Drop Noble? Breaking up him, Diame and Nolan is the last thing I'd do. That's starting to look like a right decent trio imo

Early goal from a set piece for Reid. After being frustrated by Sessegnon's twisting and turning, and falling on his ass a few times, James Collins delivers a Hulk Hogan Big Boot to Sessegnon's forehead and gets sent off. Equalizer from Fletcher after a melee in the box. 1-1 draw.

Sunderland could be dangerous - especially given that they're looking for a first win of the season. They certainly won't collapse like Fulham.

I reckon it could be a cagey game, with the timing and nature of the substitutions key to the outcome.

They'll only play with one up top and they don't score a lot of goals anway. They will be more content with preventing us from scoring on saturday and that is why I stick by my 1-0

Almost certain to pan out like this.
