Paulinhio and Lamela will score, then turn out not to be registered, Spurs will get massive points deducted and their pitch sewn with salt. Don't think we'll lose this. COYI.

For me I would start this team against spurs

=================Adrain
=======Tomkins=== Collins===Reid
Downing=====Poyet=====Koyoute======Creswwell
=================Diame
============Cole=======Zarate

Back 3 seemed to work ok. Practice with it a bit during the week. Obviously downing has played wing back before and cresswell is decent. Koyoute looks solid in every game. Poyet may be young but he seems to make a lot more happen! Diame is league above nolan specially in running. 2 up top would help us aswell. That team would have a chance of a win

(3rd thread posted in because I believe in these line up)

Poyet looks much more comfortable in the middle tbh. Noble has had a poor pre season and has looked well off the place. Poyet is just the right mix between age and ability to be given a chance

When was the last time we beat a team 4 times in a row? Heart says we may nick a win, head says they'll smash us to make up for last season. I'll settle with a draw though.

Adrian
Demel Collins Reid Cresswell
Noble Kouyate
Downing Nolan Diame
Cole

^^ Will be the starting line up.

Unfortunately I just can't see us beating them for a 4th time in a row, I'll go 1-1, Zarate late equaliser.

Well up for this now :scarfer:

Kind of liked the idea of 3-5-2 on first showing, think we could grow into it and only wish we started pre-season with the intention of giving it a go so ideally I'd like to see that with

Adrian
Collins
Tomkins
Reid
Cressy/Potts
Downing
Kouyate
Noble
Nolan (C)
Zarate
Cole

But if we revert to type formation I'd go with

Adrian
Cressy/Potts
Tomkins
Reid
Demel
Noble
Kouyate
Nolan (C)
Downing
Zarate
Cole

Na, we took six points off the team and four points off the manager last season. 3-1 to us with plenty of false optimism for the rest of the season.

An early goal Nolan goal will get everyone going, but then as we sit deeper and deeper in an attempt to see it out, Tottenham will score. Twice.

I can't wait for the cries of relegation if we lose the first game.

Why ? If it's their opinion. This is a forum. It's about opinions.
