Hopefully the crowd won't get on the teams back if we're not 2-0 up after 5 minutes.

Agree with Song starting if he's fit to do so. If Zarate plays between Noble/Kouyate and the striker then Gerrard will have an easy day. Song may not be as exciting a choice but he can spot a pass and will have the legs to press Gerrard all game.

I'd go:

Adrian

Demel Tomkins Reid Cresswell

Noble Kouyate Song

Valencia Sakho Downing

Very similar to the '4-3-3' that Villa used against them last week with Downing/Valencia both having licence to drift wide and get in closer to Sakho as well.

This x a million%

We have showed away at Palace and Hull how the team responds to a crowd that is behind them. Sometimes at home we are own worst enemy

Id like to see us mix it up a bit

===========Adrian

Jenkinson Tomkins Reid Cresswell

========Song===Kouyate
===========Downing

Amalfitano===Valencia===Sahko

I think that would provide us with some very decent options going forward. We should be solid at the back and also downing could dictate the passing better

Is Ravel fit?
Think we would need him from the bench for this one.

Just thinking about the performance he put in at Anfield in the 0-0 draw.

Stop your cowardly chit chat. Liverpool have no weapon that scares me anymore. Their solitary world class irritant has departed. They're their for the taking.

Believe.

True, he was immense that day, but is a liability generally.

Sterling is the only one that scares me, coutinho, ballotelli and Co are talented but can have off games or disappear, sterling never stops moving and probing and his pace is frightening

See the weakness nick, not the strengths.

Lightweight, can go missing, defensively inept.
