Re: Southend v West Ham match thread
Guess (based on last night + tonight's U21 game):
Randolph: Pike: Hendrie: Ogbonna: Collins: Obiang: Poyet: Payet: Lee: Samuelson: Sakho
There's a photo on twitter with Kouyate and Valencia back in training too. Not sure where Burke has gone, Oxford plays at chelmsford tonight, as does Cullen.

In for this one, so hoping to catch Brown and Bilic's post-match pressers.

Re: Southend v West Ham match thread
Looking forward to this, only a short walk for me
Meeting a bunch of mates in the pub for lunch then onto the game.
Would be good to get a look at the the new guys, but as long as they play well I don't mind who it is.

Re: Southend v West Ham match thread
Chuck Kouyate into that lot and offensively it is a better team than Thursdays. Some may only get 45 to 60 minutes, but will be worth watching all the same.bubbles1966 wrote:Guess (based on last night + tonight's U21 game):

Roots Hall is a ridiculous ground, and I love it. You wouldn't even know it was there if not for the floodlights.

My local team against the team I've supported all my life.
Sitting in the Southend end for this, me and my mate take it in turn every preseason, although when we score half the Southend fans cheer anyway.

Arguably better line up than against BirkirkaraEastleighHammer16 wrote:Randolph Pike Ogbonna Collins Hendrie Partfitt-Williams Kouyate Payet Samuelsen Poyet Sakho

Strong line up, I'm sure this game will have quite few goals in it.

Payet practising free kicks in the warm up is doing the rounds on twitter, not bad at all.
