Right I couldnt see one on here so here it is!
The Sun reckons that Carroll is out injured and thats why Bywaters been recalled so Shaka will be the number 1 on Sunday!!
So I think it will be :
Shaka
Dailly
Ferdinand
Gabbidon
Konchesky
Mullins
Reo-Coker
Benayoun
Bellion
Harewood
Zamora
Subs -
Bywater
Teddy
Aliadiare
Newton
Etherington
I think its a 2-0 win to us as well come on you IRONS!

Oooh tough one this week. Est. prem side again, they could turn us over. Be interesting to see how we react to what was admittedly a poor performance Sunday. However, I can't see us making too many changes to the side, Pardew has never seemed to be that kind of manager. So...
Shaka
Repka Gabbidon Ferdinand Konchesky
Mullins
Benyoun Reo Bellion
Zamora Harewood

Why does everyone think Bellion will start? Have I missed a Pardew interview or something?
Doubt Etherington will be dropped but if he is it will be for Newton on the right with Yossi switching to the left.
Think you might be right about Zamora coming in for Sheringham.
Also think Repka will keep his place despite all the criticism.
So same team for me except for Zamora replacing Sheringham.

The o/s is saying Collins is getting back to fitness. Not a moment too soon IMO. Chatting to a bloke at work, Cardiff season ticket holder, who raves about Collins being a better centre half than Gabbidon with a better eye for a 50 yard ball to feet but with the brute strength of a Terry Butcher. The same geezer has also said Gabbidon has excelled whenever playing right back for Cardiff or Wales (he can play anyhere along the back 4 apparently)
I therefore give you...
Gabbidon Anton Collins Koncheski

I can see Pardew giving this a go pretty soon if Repka keeps playing poo.Mozza wrote:The o/s is saying Collins is getting back to fitness. Not a moment too soon IMO. not a bad call although Boro are well short on out and out wide players at the moment I think they played Nemeth and Mendieta last night so this game could be won on the wings although we need to turn in a better performance than last week!!
Hopefully though Schwarzer will make his anually Upton Park howler and we will be laughing all the way to 3 points

I am with you on this Mozza. It would be a little bit risky to break our CB pairing but it could work as a long term solution. Gabbs is good at RB. But I would only act if Repka continues his poor form against Boro at home. So Repka should get the chance at home to prove his critics (incl. me) wrong.SL wrote: I can see Pardew giving this a go pretty soon if Repka keeps playing poo.
This game is a must win for us. I expect 2-0. Come on You IRONS !!!

I agree and would be delighted with three points on Sunday (thank you, captain obvious).
Not just because of the win in itself, but hopefully three points will get the team going at full engine again. I agree with everybody that wants Zamora to replace Teddy. I hope Matty could hit form and prove everybody (including myself) wrong and show that he can cut it in this league.
