I have nothing against Marlon but if ever there was a game for him to sit on the bench to let Zamora and Sheringham start this is it!

I would have thought Noble would be a more suitable replacement for NRC but prob won't happen

I don't see anything other than a 2 or 3 goal beating. Mind you I haven't got one right yet this season

would you rather beat sp*rs, then lose the next two games, or lose to sp*rs and win the next two games?

hard one to call because the bragging rights over my mates (who ALL support them) would be priceless, but as the next game is man u ill take the two wins, 6 points out of nine will be excellent anyway!
Definetaly the latter as I'm going to the Man U game!
Can I have Draw, Win, Lose?

Could be a surprise, the players know how much this game means to us west ham fans, one thing we can guarantee as that the players will give it there all.

Can't bring myself to ever concede that we are going to lose a game.
So with tinted glasses on, a battling 1-1 daw.

1 - 2 im thinking carrick will score his first tottenham goal early on then just after half time matty will get one back for us 1 - 1 then in the last mins bobby zamora will bang one in the back of the net puting us 1 - 2 up with only a couple mins to play, the fans in the stands (i'll be there  ) going crazy, meanwhile tottenham restart, defoe goes on a run, hes looking to score, ohhhhhhhhhhhh tommy repka with a amazing tackle, he hoofs the ball fowards, yossi collects and the final whistle goes, west ham win

:D

I think there will be goals in this one. 2-2 or 3-2 either way.
The team I would like to see is
Carroll (Hislop)
Repka Ferdinand Gabbidon Konchesky
Mullins
Harewood Benayoun Noble Etherington
Zamora
I don't think we have too much to fear as Spuds will believe the points are theirs and won't play to their optimum.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok,

I've Just been given tickets to the Spuds Game on Sunday, Gary "Caved in Face" Mabbutt Hospitality....Firstly...Has Anyone been there before? and what's it like?

I have to "Entertain" or get Munted some WHU VIPS who have never been before either so do we sit on our hands all the way through or can we show our colours??? And the guys I'm taking are like me, breathe WHU.

They also work for West Ham so don't throw too much agro at the Home end. We want to chant be we cant!

Never been, but heres a little tip.

Take a balloon filled with helium. If Gary Mabbutt talks to you, before answering take a ingestion of the helium & answer then answer him.

See how long it takes before the squeaky voiced twat gets the hump.

Anyway back to the game. I fear the worst, basically because I am often the voice of pessimism. I'd take a point now

I like this realism.

4 weeks ago everyone was predicting we would go to Anfield and win.

Now we are being a bit more realistic. Spurs are one of the better prem teams with decent home form.

We aren't expecting anything from our team other than they give it everything. The spud sites are predicting an easy victory for them.

Backed by a noisy non expectant away following, its times lke this West Ham occassionally pull a result out of the bag.

Like I said earlier in this thread, I think we'll lose as well, however I just can't see them scoring three against us. Defense has been rock solid and they don't score that much, do they?

I'm feeling a little less confident now, I reckon we will win 1-3.

----------------Carrol------------------
Repka---Ferdinand---Gabbidon--Konchesky
Bellion---Yossi---Mullins---Etherington
-------Harewood------Zamorra-------

Would you rather win 3-0 or 1-0 with Defoe getting sent off? Hard one to call.... I think i'd prefer the goals myself but....

3-0 all day long, if we only win 1-0 the Spurs lot will say if he was on the pitch they were destined to get something out of the game. 3-0 and Defoe getting sent off and I'm liable to need a lie down.

3-0 for sure - the goal difference may be impotant in grabbing the last champions league place ;)
