How many games have qwe now one this season after going one goal down.

I make it aleast 4 maybe 5.

Another great result and now only 10 or 11 points from staying up this year with a relatively easy few games coming up.

love this BBC photo:

Marlon looks dead cool - and Mullins is poised for the rebound - but look at matty - too shagged to even stand up straight...

Had we lost, the mood will be far different.

It's ****ing tight in the table, a very important victory and we seem to have the rub of the green so far. At least, there's no chance of mopping and moaning and as Pardew loves to say: We set ourselves nicely for the next game.

11 points to safety!

C'mon U Irons.

Fantastic result for the lads, really well done. Nice to see we did the double on the Villains and this means we are within touching distance of safety now with good chances to get some points at home coming up.

Wonder whether Etherington and Newton really had that bad a game based on their SKY Sports stats. Harsh on Yossi who is not fully fit too.

Otherwise, brillaint result, well pleased tonight. :D

But did you see Repka?

In his own half, crouching down facing the other way. He couldn't bear to watch.

Fair play to Repka, he had another good game and cracked me up on several occasions when he started laughing after a mistake e.g. after trying a back-heel

So they don't rate Katan then :?

Also thought Newton deserved a higher rating from what I heard on the radio.

why is everyone so worried about relegation?

we are only 3 points away from a european place!!!!

just think if we were to get some good signings in the way this season is going we could finish in 6th.

that place IS up for grabs......

I thought Newton played really well. Did a lot of covering and made some good forward runs. Nearly scored from the corner flag as well - got injured in the process and then subbed

Newton sure did.
He ran his socks off, and was very influental until he was substiuted.
Great match, Gabbidon was brilliant.
