Is Carroll defintiely out?
For me;
---------------------Hislop--------------------
Newton--Gabbidon--Ferdinand--Konchesky
Benayoun--Mullins--Reo-Coker--Etherington
-----------------Harewood--------------------
-------------------Zamora----------------------
Need pace against the likes of Henry especially. Asrenaldon't play with much width so Newton and Konchesky could get forward quite easily
3-1 loss for me though .
But to everyone there, not matter what the score lets show the dirty Arsenal and all those watching on TV why we're the best fans in the land and what proper support is all about. I sure will be :raver: :pissed:

i will be at the game singing my heart out, lets show everyone watching on tv how much noise we can make and show the arsenal fans up, if we get behind the guys we can win this! keep our winning streak going and get the confidence sky high.

Just like Rooney at Man U, henry has disguised just how weak the Arsenal team as a whole is. A lot of teams have let Arsenal's reputation beat them psychologically before the game even begins. But the fact is, 22/23 games into the season, they're only five points ahead of us ... And how many of their team would you put into ours?
Lehman's no better than Carroll.
Ashley Cole is great, but crocked.
Campbell's completely past-it.
Senderos is not as good as Anton or Gabbidon
Lauren is better than our RB, because we don't actuall;y have an RB .. but he's crocked too, by the look of it.
Gilberto Silva has to be one of the most ineffectual players ever to win a world cup.
Fabregas is quality, but his talents are over-rated just because he's Spanish - he's not significantly better than Reo-Coker.
Pires and Ljungberg are both great players in visible decline, ditto Bergkamp.
Van Persie had one scoring streak and has done f***-all else beside. Reyes is a spectacular waste of money.
Henry, of course, s one of the world's great players (though even he may be past his absolute prime) ... but that's no use to Arsenal if he's sitting in the stands.
Forget Arsenal's record in previous seasons. Just think of them as another Premiership team with a marginally better points record than us, missing a number of their best players.
Why should we be frightened?

My Gooner mate has been telling me for years that Gilberto is by far the worst Brazilian to have ever won a WC.Countryboy wrote: Gilberto Silva has to be one of the most ineffectual players ever to win a world cup.

Disagree re: Cesc vs. NRC. I'm in the camp that believes NRC is vastly over-rated.

I'm not his biggest fan, either. But just how good is Fabregas? Arsenal have been losing a LOT of midfield battles this season. Cesc looks like a typical Wenger player ... runs crying to mummy when the nasty boys start playing rough.Amsterhammer wrote:Disagree re: Cesc vs. NRC. They don't like it up em, you know!

SUBS. Bywater, Newton, Fletcher, Katan, Ashton.... ****ing hell, no room for Teddy?! Rather Pards than me!
pards, please, please, please, no 4-5-1 b*llocks- they are there for the taking, especially if there's no Henry.

Or if he does choose the 4-5-1, he should play with yossi as an AM, and Marlon on the right, that way we can use their lack of defensive quallities on the left with Marlon's strength.PaoloD wrote:Behind enemy lines for this one.. no chance getting an away end ticket so took the offer of a Goon season ticket holder and took his.... Their midfield will also miss a few players, so I reckon Yossi can cause chaos through the middle.
But if he goes for a 4-4-2 formation, Yours is the best.
