We just have to hope that the performance levels are to the same standard as we witnessed today and that the players don't think they have done enough to convince Curbishley that they are worthy of a starting place, based on one game against the top team in the country.
It will be interesting to see how they respond to a week of training with Curbs too. I feel that this game and the two after it will be the acid test for the players and that Curbs will make his starting line up regulars known at the end of this period. To this end, the players should all be giving it 110%, so I expect to see the same team start that started today, and several wins too.
2-0 to West Ham.

I'll go for a 2-1 win to the Hammers, a scrappy fight but one we will come out on top of. The win against United has given us a little bit of breathing room in terms of what we need to do, but I don't expect the performance levels to drop in the slightest. Time to build on it lads, come on you IRONS!

i may be alone but i wouldnt start the team that started today... i think it is worth noting that we scored once a few changes had been made.
bobby for me was to slow on the ball and i dont see what he has done to keep his place, likewise what tevez had done to lose his.
for me he had a chance to win it back today, and although did some things well but not enough to keep carlitos out.
so as you were but tevez in for bobby z!
