I wouldn't drop Anton yet. Thought he was very good on Sat. However I felt Upson was very poor although he is an excellent presence at defending set pieces. But Collins deserves to start.

With the injury to dyer and all our other rm's being injured (bar Bowyer) I'd expect to see eggy and curbs move quickly and get someone in.

That Giles Barnes perhaps?

Had to laugh at their goalie, twice he came up for a corner at the end and twice they played it short, the first time he was still on the halfway line when they took the corner and he kept running.

Bellamy was great in the first half, I thought Anton was complete gash and should be third/forth choice c/b behind ginger/gabs and upson.

I hope CFC coming on was Alan showing eggy that we'll be up **** street if we have to rely on him and bobby if we have injuries without a new signing.

f*** me. Go and have a cold shower and calm down. I believe there should have been an 'an' in between the 'and' and the 'understatement' in your original post, if we are being that pedantic

Can't say I'm at all suprised bu Dyer's injury. I know I'll get caned for this but he really is Mr Glass. Still we looked very decent first half.

I think the majority of us 'doubters' are not wanting to say it.

Once he became a West Ham player I have been right behind him, but I didn't want to sign him as I felt we had enough players with poor injury records on our books, and I felt for the fee, and little competition for his signature, we shouldn't have concluded the deal.

Curbs can moan about injuries and such, but without sounding anti-Curbs, the reality is, the majority of players he has signed had poor recent injury records.

I think leg breaks have nothing to do with a players past injuries......they are one offs in the extreme imo.
