Decided to phone up this morning on the off chance they had any tickets for tomorrow and i managed to get one ... first trip to the Boleyn this season for me so i'm happy.
On form it's definetely Arsenal, however i quite fancy us to pull off a sneaky 1-0 win 92nd minute ashton style.

i can see us trying to play the game as an away game. We will try and hold the center of midfield and hit on the break.I would like us to play 4-5-1 but i can not see us changing our system.
Bellamy and etherington are the key to this game as the will be our threat of pace.As for center midfield i would go for Parker Mullins and bowyer. With these 3 in the center you have 3 players that have the know how of the prem and can destroy the midfield. Also parker can play a bit and bowyers been getting an odd goal.

Ashton and Cole are too similar in that they are big target men, didnt seem to work against argle as we couldnt stretch their defence or hit them on the break......i think camera and ashton would be a much better bet, camera playing off ash.

I heard Etherington was probably going to miss this as he's ill and that Bellamy would start??

Heart says 1-1 , head says 1-3 mainly because of our recent woeful defending ... as long as we give it a real go (on and off the pitch) I'll be happy

C'MON U IRONS!!

4-5-1 for me

the way to beat arsenal will be stopping their counter attacks developing

going to need 2 guys on fabregas who is on fire recently too

back 5 picks itself though id be considering collins in for ferdinand

parker must be picked from the start for this game, we need some crunching tackles in on arsenals midfield, so thats parker and noble sitting in central midfield

etherington on the left assuming he is fit

and ljungberg on the right purely as his knowledge of the arsenal team will be invaluable

ashton scoring 3 in 3 so first choice up front

then a striker to partner him who can play midfield too, so its either bellamy (if fit) or camara

from the arsenal fans forum
I hope we murder them.

They ****ed two wins against us last season - the first time because the ref handed it to them and the other one they copped one of the biggest pummelings I've ever seen in football.

However, our form going into the game at Upton Park last year was pretty crap though:

CSKA Moscow 1-0 L
Reading 4-0 W
Everton 1-1 D
CSKA Moscow 0-0 D
West Ham 1-0 L

Whereas this year? WWWWW.
They always go on about the "pummeling" they gave us at the Immigrants stadium. The fact is we had about 3 shots and managed to score. Some of their chances were ****ing easy to put in and they didn't finish them, so in all in all they were ****ing **** as well.

When we beat them at UP i actually thought pards got that tactically spot on. We were solid and gave them a few tough tackles as arsenal dont like it up them (well not on the pitch anyway). Put a few challenges in and them poofs don't want to know. They bottled it last year at UP in my opinion.

Thats why i hate Arsenal, they are a bunch of arrogant c****. Whenever they lose its because the other team were lucky or the ref was biased. Its perfectly ok though if the ref gives something to arsenal, like the pires dive against Portsmouth. They are a bunch of hypocritical ****ers.

Bring on my fixture of the year, and do me proud west ham, put up a fight and i will be happy. 8-)
