Upson is 40-1 for first goal scorer, got to be worth a punt, goes up for set pieces, against his old team and is a beast in the air.

I personally cannot wait to see Ashton and Bellamy upfront together. There is talk that Bellamy isn't fully fit so we might have to wait a bit longer. Still, I have to pinch myself sometimes when I see our starting 11 with those two boys there! With some of the ***** we have had to endure over the years this is a step in the right direction.....Still remember years ago watching the hammers 4 or 5 times a year and justin fashanu was playing and the programme had him as the centre picture, how gutted was I as a kid, I wasn't going to put that twat on my wall at home! Just proves my point about the quality we have now.....C'mon you Irons!!!!!!!!

Well noticed
Five Live failed to mention who Ljungberg was brought in for so I just presumed it was Bowyer.
Don't understand that...

Funny enough, I had a dream last night that we won 3 - 1!
I put a tenner on that scoreline with Paddy Power at 40/1.

Ok, so I also did Arsenal to win 3 - 1. That was only 11/1.
The free-scoring swines.

Not on the bench, may be injured.
But he was ***** up at St James' so may have just been flat dropped. Doubt it though.

No Ethers.... :|

The writing is on the wall...

We're going to have to produce something very special to get something out this game.

If Bowyer plays his normal game, we are going to be torn apart.

2-1 West Ham

No width and no proper wide players on the bench. Suppose we're just going to try and play the ugliest football possible and just make Arsenal under-perform out of disgust.
