1972: A crowd of supporters on the roof of a tower block overlooking the fourth round FA Cup match between West Ham United and Hereford. Non-league Hereford had beaten First Division Newcastle in the third round, and much interest was focussed on the match against West Ham. Hereford managed to hold West Ham 0-0 at home, but lost in the replay

9th March 1974: English footballer Bobby Moore (1941 - 1993) leads the West Ham reserves onto the pitch before a match against Plymouth Argyle reserves at West Ham's Boleyn Ground. This was Moore's last match at the ground before his transfer to Fulham FC
