Anyone know why it wasn't on the shirt and if there is any way of buying the thing without Betway plastered all over it?
Betting sponsors are banned in some countries (Slovenia and Romania being two of them). Very much doubt that we'd be allowed to sell the shirt without the sponsor - it'll be part of the deal. Unless you're small enough to fit in a large boys top of course!

Ta Bob. I had hoped Betway had gone tits up or that their tweet about Antonio had caused a cancellation of the deal.

Betting sponsors banned in Romania? Strewth, I thought they ran the place.

They are not "allowed" to sell the shirt without - but there are ways of getting them. I've got last years FarewellBoleyn home shirt in a Large mens without the sponsor. It looks absolute class.
Will be using my contacts again this year for the home kit.

In Italy for example the national flag is worn on the shirt in the same way the EPL champions have a gold PL logo to signify the champions.
Well good thing we aren't wearing the St.Georges cross on it then.

I'd like that shirt without UMBRO on the sleeves.

Considering sleeves sponsors are allowed next year, surely we are looking into it, bit of extra income.

Yep that Argentiana style has to come back one year, I'm really surprised it hasn't as that would sell really well

Always amazes me this time of year when most of the mock ups done by fans end up looking better than what Umbro will produce

The whole template thing doesn't help

Fans should be more involved... have a vote half way through the season based on old kits as to what the fans want next season etc...

Surely they would sell more

Why can the new kits not be available the day after the final game instead of waiting ages for it!!!

It was mentioned in the transfer thread that our new kit is the same template as Everton's, with blue socks and shorts. Can one of our resident photoshop wizards knock one up in their spare time?

Liked pretty much all the kits they made for us. Best in my lifetime I'd say, and probably the highest quality as well. Have lasted forever.
