I had booked my flights from Warsaw, but my firm 'encouraged' me to be in Vienna the day before my flight. Flights were too expensive, so I took a 8.5 hour train journey from Vienna to Warsaw, then Warsaw to Heathrow (about 2,500 miles).

I then flew back to Warsaw on the Sunday, to Vienna on the Monday, return Berlin on the Tuesday, then Heathrow on the Wednesday (to play at the Boleyn).

Blackpool are a smaller club than us, just like we'll always be (a tiny bit)smaller than Barcelona : and thought their fans made a good effort, numbers wise, to attend the game.

Round trip for me consisted of Donny - Blackpool (for tickets - had no previous history and was asked how many I wanted) - Donny - Basildon - Wembley - Donny. Obviously this doesn't even hit the top 50 compared to others efforts but hardly a quick hop on the tube on a Saturday afternoon either, Mr idiot BFC chairman

All i wanted was to see my team at Wembley and was prepared to explore every avenue possible as I knew tickets in our end would be rarer than rocking horse ****. I can't afford to wait another 31 years
There were WHU fans near me and Blackpool fans did have a hissy fit for a while but then the WHU fans got moved.
Thankfully, I managed to keep my gob shut and wouldn't have missed it for (almost ) anything.

Ticketing authorities and BFC Chairman - 'You're not very good'

However, I'll always have a soft spot for BFC ticket office - helped me achieve one of my lifetime ambitions.Thank you!
