I don't think I'll find anything more satisfying than gaining revenge over southampton. There's nothing wrong in gatecrashing the party the way reading did, I'll save my gripe with them for a rainy day (though I'm sure we all have plenty of things in common why we would love to send them down on final day) but that home game with the saints fueled me up with anger that I haven't felt in such a long time, and topping it off was that robotic PR smug prick in their manager, not just after the game but all bloody season. 20th October couldn't come round soon enough

I've not forgotten Le Tissier's reactions on Soccer Saturday, a thundercunt of the highest order, just like their manager.

I'll get them knocked by the weekend at the latest for easy download. Hopefully one of the mods will be able to get them into a news article this year so it doesn't get lost in the thread .

I think Le Tis is a decent bloke to be fair. He's one of a few pundits I really don't mind showing passion towards their club. Reason being, you just know its genuine...

Six London teams in the Prem means a lot of derbies. I am sure it's not a record, but when was the last time there that many?

06/07 - the year that Charlton got relegated. 02/03 - the year we got relegated. 01/02 - no London clubs relegated.

Imagine we had lost to Blackpool and got their fixtures this year. We would be away to Millwall and home to Leeds in the first two weeks....

Just two games scheduled for mid week (not taking into account Christmas bank holiday games) Tue 27 Nov Man Utd AWAY Wed 30 Jan Fulham HOME
Used to think there were a few more than that when we were last up in the Prem? Will be plenty of rest between games throughout the season should we not get far in the League Cup.
Happy with that start up until November (providing we get 14 points from it at least).

That ain't a bad opening couple of months for us! Although November looks a bit ropey! Not dissimilar to Toons fixture list last season...fingers crossed we can get a decent run of results ahead of November.
Bit p*ssed off that it's cold autumn/winter fixtures up here again! But I've already pencilled Newcastle, Sunderland and Wigan away in my diary!
Also really pleased to see PDC coming up to Hartlepool in August so might even squeeze that one in too!

From the official Premier League Twitter page:
"It's envisaged the first batch of broadcast selections will be completed by 13th July for fixtures scheduled before 30th November 2012. #bpl"

May I ask one more time - only 1 televised game per weekend in UK, all games televised on foreign TVs?

Why are we playing Arsenal twice in the first half of the season (first 19 games) and Reading none and the opposite 2nd half of the season (Reading twice, Arsenal -)?

I've heard a few people mention the early home games will be postponed, due to policing at the olympics, is this true?

Closing ceremony is 12th August. Can't see why any of our games will be moved when the season starts the weekend after.
